
Years 1945 - 1993
PPBM Warszawa-Po³udnie built numerous
residential areas for example: Wierzbno, Stegny, Okêcie, Rakowiec, Sadyba, Ursynów, Natolin, and Kabaty, as well as
prestigious facilitites, for example:
- the Sejm (Lower House of Parliament) of the Republic of Poland,
- the Central Statistical Office,
- the main building of the Politechnika Warszawska (Warsaw University of Technology),
- the National Library,
various representative and public facilities in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany,
Lithuania and Russia.

Years 1994 - 2000
After privatization PBM PO£UDNIE SA concentrated its construction activities on the Warsaw and Mazowieckie voivodship market. Up to 2000 it has built the following facilities:
- the Pharmacy Faculty and Chemist's shop with the Magnetic Resonance of the Medical University of Warsaw,
- the Training and holiday centre of the Central Board of Customs in Otwock,
- the International Centre of Hearing Treatment in Kajetany,
- the Sports Hall "Znicz" ("Torch") in Pruszków,
- an office building in Warsaw on the corner of Po³czyñska street and D¼wigowa.
In addition to the above PBM PO£UDNIE SA has renovated historical apartment houses on Targowa Street in Warsaw.
Years 2000 - Present
The Company carried out the following investments:

- the renovation of the Tram Power Plant building for the Warsaw Rising Museum on 28 Przyokopowa Street
|
|
- a group of PRIMUS Foundation Schools on Zoltana Balo Street
|

- the service and guest house building DIANA on Chmielna Street
|
| |
- a building for guests of the Evangelical Centre of Diacony "Tabita" in Konstancin Jeziorna.
