Up to the year 2005 we had been running a business under the name BUDINVEST- PBM PO?UDNIE Sp. z o.o.
We offer the purchase of apartments built by PBM PO?UDNIE SA in the most attractive and desirable areas of Warsaw. We always do our best to meet expectations in the areas of workmanship and functionality of our apartments. While building we merge traditional technologies with modern architecture. Apartments are being sold in the developing state. We can however carry out any individual interior design on request.

We provide purchasers financial safety by enabling clients to make payments into a special protected bank account.

The Developer's Certificate granted to us by the Charter of Certificate at the National Chamber of Construction confirms our credibility and reliability. This certificate is granted to companies that meets the following criteria:

• fixed position on the market,
• workmanship reliability,
• legal security,
• good economic and financial situation.
